The Resource Manager control allows you to assign work areas to your employees and service departments, which AIMS will use to automatically assign employees to work orders. You can assign areas based on Tag Number, Equipment Type, Cost Center, or Building. You can configure the hierarchy on which AIMS will prioritize those categories when determining work order assignments. The Resource Manager control also provides the opportunity for configuring Mobile Messaging which provides you the ability to page work order information to technicians manually or even automatically; with an additional consideration for work order priority-based paging.
