User Logons allow access to AIMS for individual users. In addition to a variety of custom behaviors, each logon can be configured with its own security, allowing or prohibiting access to the various features, functions, and fields throughout AIMS.
1. To open the Control click on the toolbar Administration or use the menu Folder > Administration.
2. Click on the System Access Tab.
3. Click on NEW to setup a new user account or click on Setup Users to edit an existing user account. The User Logon and Password dialog opens.
