Customer Service Control

The Customer Service control allows you to populate an Address Book for use by requesters of Work Orders.  This way, they can utilize a valid-entry list pre-populated with their names.  In order to make this as quick as possible, you are able to import the Address Book from a list exported from such email clients as Microsoft Outlook. 

In addition to the Customer Address Book, you can also set up custom forms that can be automatically emailed to the Requester of a Work Order and/or Cost Center Contacts when the Work Order is created, when the Work Order is closed, or even when there is a Status change of the Work Order. 

You can open the Customer Service Control by clicking on Customer Service from the Toolbar or by using Menu > Folder > Customer Service.
