Purchasing

1.   To access Purchasing tap the Purchasing icon at the bottom of the screen.

•    AIMS Mobile displays a list of existing purchase requests.

NOTE:  The request list may be filtered.  Use the Settings button to release or update the filter.

2.   Swipe the Page from top to bottom to refresh it.

3.   Tap the Sort button to toggle the request list numerically from ascending to descending.

4.   Use the Find Feature to locate a request.

5.   Tap the Go To button to enter a request number to jump to.

6.   Tap the New button to add a new request.

7.   Tap the Settings button to set the Purchasing List filters.
