Data Managers Setup

 

Data Manager Setup includes entering Cost Centers, Service Departments and Employee Information. 

 

 

1.   Click on the toolbar Data Managers button or use the menu Folder > Data Managers.  The Control opens to the Account Tab.

2.   Cost Center

 For information on adding Cost Centers see Account

3.   Service Department

 For information on adding Service Departments see Service Department

4.   Employee

 For information on adding Employees see Employee

-     Confidential Tab

AIMS User Logon must be associated with Employee

-     Labor Management Tab

Associate a Manager with the Employee

Assigning a manager to an employee enables the manager to be paged when Dispatch Center work orders are not acknowledged as received.

NOTE:  In order for the manager to be paged, they must also be set up in Data Managers.

 

-     Service Department Tab

Employee must be assigned to at least one Service Department
