Work Order Lookup

Use the work order lookup to view open work orders, and the status of them.

1.   From the EasyNet Plus home screen, click the Work Order Lookup button.

2.   Select the Facility from the valid entry list.  In the Work Order # Field, enter all or part of a work order number and click Tab to display a list of all Open Work Orders, within the specified facility, containing the number sequence entered.

3.   If the work order number is unknown, select the search criteria for the work order(s) you are looking for.

4.   Click the Refresh button. Work order information is displayed depending on filter options selected.

NOTE:  If you don’t get the results you expected, or no work orders are returned at all, you may need to review the table setup screen in EasyNet Plus setup.

5.   Click the More Info button to view more detail about the work order.
