Welcome to AIMS Help! This How-To guide is intended to help you navigate the features and functions in AIMS. If you are new to AIMS, this is the starting point that will help you get up and running with the software.
Use the navigation pane to the left of this how-to site to browse the help contents. Click on an item to display an overview and common activities in AIMS. Any “unopened book” can be clicked to display additional information. Help includes all components and optional components available for AIMS. If an icon is grayed in your AIMS software toolbar or menu, that component is not part of your system configuration. For more information about optional components, please contact sales@goaims.com.
Each main control includes a “More” section at the bottom for additional information relating to that topic.
Throughout the help screens you will notice hyperlinks, or underlined words or phrases in blue or purple that will link you to helpful information regarding that topic. Some links will define the topic; others will link you directly to another how-to topic on how to perform related functions in AIMS.
Use the Index button to access topics that will quickly get you started, or the search button to find specific information.
Remember, you can always use the left pane to navigate to the control’s how-to’s that include the feature or function that you are trying to perform.
