User Security

 

Set up security to limit users’ access to EasyNet Plus screens and fields.  It is recommended that a limited number of users be allowed to access the configuration functions of EasyNet Plus.

1.   Log into EasyNet Plus.

2.   Click System Access

3.   With a user logon selected in the list, click User Security to access the Security dialog box.

4.   Click [+] next to an Item in the list or click on the Item Name to Expand all Items for the section.

5.   Check items to Grant User Access to those Screens, Fields or Functions or click on the Add/Remove All button to Grant or Remove User Access to ALL Screens, Fields or Functions.

6.   Click Save.
