Remove Field Access Status

If a user fails to put offline work orders back online, you can remove the field access rights and status within AIMS. 

 

1.   Click on Transfer>Field Link>PDA>Clear Field Access Status

 

 

2.   Select from the following filter options to specify which work orders to remove field access from.

 

    Specialty/Employee – Select All or a Specific Individual.

    Service Department – Select one or more from the list.

    Cost Center - Select one or more from the list.

 

 

3.   Click on the OK button to put work orders back Online.
