The Dispatch Center optional component provides the ability to assign work orders to available technicians from a central dispatch center. Work orders are then paged to available technicians and can be escalated and reassigned. This interface allows your technicians to use the Internet or call in to the system to acknowledge work orders as received, completed or to request that the work order be reassigned.
