Assign Facilities to Regions

 

1.   Open the Administration Control by clicking on Administration from the toolbar or use the menu Folder > Administration. 

2.   Click the System Defaults Tab.

3.   Click the System Options Button.

4.   Click the Regions Tab. 

5.   Highlight the Region and click on the Assign Facilities button.

NOTE:  The Region Facility Assignment Screen will open and default to the Region highlighted on the previous screen.  The Available Facilities list only includes facilities that are not yet part of ANY region.

6.   Select one or more available facilities and click on the >> button to assign them to the region.

7.   When entries are completed, click on OK.
